Startup Launched Briyani ATM Machines First Time Ever in India

When you consider the food equivalent of an ATM, a vending machine probably comes to mind. However, piling mass-produced, packaged things on top of one another is not the most exciting thing ever. Do not worry. A Chennai-based startup’s totally automated, unmanned biryani takeaway service may eventually replace such uninteresting pictures.

Bai Veetu Kalyanam, often known as BVK Biryani, has opened the first unmanned biryani takeaway shop in India in Kolathur. 12 additional locations will shortly be opened by the company throughout the city.

The Kolathur store is equipped with 32-inch touchscreens. Customers can swiftly browse the displayed BVK Biryani menu and place orders from it. After selecting the dish they want to experience, the customer can proceed to pay. To achieve this, they can either utilise a card or a QR code.

Once the order is prepared, which only takes a few minutes, the customer simply needs to tap the “open door” option to pick up their packaged meal.
