Govt Slashes Prices of Ghee and Cooking Oil at Utility Stores by a Big Amount

The official announcement of the price adjustment, which ranges from Rs. 5 to Rs. 76 per kilogram/liter, is made today, on Friday.

Price reductions for all brands of ghee and cooking oil at utility stores have been announced by the federal government. The price change has been formally published and will take effect as of today, Friday, and ranges from Rs. 5 to Rs. 76 per kilogram/liter.

The notification states that the price of Dalda Banaspati Ghee has decreased from Rs. 600 per kilogramme to Rs. 577, a fall of Rs. 23. Similar to this, Dalda Cooking Oil will now be offered for sale at Rs. 626 per litre, which is a reduction of Rs. 25 from its previous price of Rs.

A drop of Rs. 18 from its former price of Rs. 588 makes Tullo Banaspati Ghee now marketable for Rs. 570 per kilogramme. Tullo Cooking Oil will also now cost Rs. 620 per litre, which is a reduction of Rs. 18 from its former price of Rs.

Price reduction of Rs. 5 per kilogramme will bring down the cost of Kashmir Banaspati Ghee from Rs. 605 to Rs. 600. Similar to this, Kashmir Canola Cooking Oil will now be offered for Rs. 649 per litre, deducting Rs. 5 from its previous price of Rs.

Previously priced at Rs. 605, Dastak Cooking Oil will now be available for Rs. 580 per litre, a reduction of Rs. 25. With a new price of Rs. 540 per litre, Mujahid Cooking Oil will be significantly cheaper by Rs. 76 per litre. A decrease of Rs. 18 brings the price of Maan Cooking Oil to Rs. 585 per litre.

A large discount of Rs. 69 per kilogramme will be applied to Soya Supreme Banaspati Ghee, bringing down the cost from Rs. 614 to Rs. 545. Additionally, Soya Supreme Cooking Oil will now be offered at Rs. 590 per litre, a reduction of Rs. 55 from its previous price.
